Due to the nature of marketing and promotional services, the following policy applies:

Service Cancellations

Clients may cancel services by providing written notice via email:

Refunds

• Payments for completed work are non-refundable

• Deposits and setup fees are non-refundable

• Ongoing services may be canceled, but charges for work already performed will apply

Project-Based Work

For fixed-scope projects:

• Refunds are not issued once work has begun

• Partial refunds may be considered at our discretion if minimal work has been completed

Subscription / Retainer Services

• Clients may cancel before the next billing cycle

• No refunds will be issued for the current billing period once work has started

Marketing results (traffic, conversions, engagement) are not guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued based on performance outcomes.
